• 9u 10:00 AM–12:00 PM: Speed then Endurance Ages

• 40+ & 50+ 12:30 PM-1:30 PM

• 11u 1:30–3:00 PM: Speed then Endurance

• 13u 3:30 pm–5:00pm : Speed then Endurance

• Young Adult & Amateurs 5:30 pm to 6:30 : Speed then Endurance  

• Top Flight  6:30 pm to 7:30 : Speed then Endurance
